If you would have told me 10 years ago that I would be shining with an inner radiance and confidence that others notice I wouldn’t have believed it! I had lost myself under a fog of self-doubt, was stuck in the mud of limiting beliefs, and was hiding my true self in the shadows unaware of the true gifts I was meant to share with others.
On the outside I looked confident and happy, but it was a mask. I felt like a bird whose wings had been clipped. I put everyone's needs before my own and I didn’t feel like I deserved the success, happiness, health, and sense of purpose that I saw others achieve.
Learning to release my limiting beliefs and treat myself with respect, body, mind, heart and spirit, were the first steps in figuring out how to create a life that works - a life I love to live - full of success, health, love, and laughter.
